Terms of Use

Last updated: October 18, 2026.

1. Who may use it

Parents and legal guardians, for their own children under 18. By setting up a kid's phone you promise that you are that child's parent or legal guardian and that you have the right to supervise that phone. Do not install this on an adult's phone or on a phone you do not have the right to supervise. That can be against the law.

2. Be open with your kid

The app is built to be used in the open. The kid's screen says what the parent can see. Please tell your kid it is on their phone. It works better that way, and it keeps trust.

3. It is a helper, not a guarantee

Phones lose signal, batteries die, apps get closed, and GPS can be off by a block. Think About It! can miss things. It is not a substitute for talking with your kid, and it is not an emergency service. If someone is in danger right now, call 911. If someone is thinking about suicide, call or text 988.

4. Testing software

This app is shared through TestFlight, which means it is still being built and tested. Features may change, break, or be removed. Please report problems to [email protected].

5. Your account

Keep your phone and Apple ID safe. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. You can delete your account and your family's data any time.

6. No warranty, limited liability

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, the maker is not liable for any damages that come from using or not being able to use the app. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

7. Law

Texas law applies. If a part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still stands.
